Another Monday is a design studio focused on identity, strategy, and visual culture. We are Berch Kotogian and Juan Manuel Barbé, and we founded the studio with the intention of supporting brands from thinking through to form.
Based in Madrid and Montevideo, we collaborate with brands and teams around the world, developing identity systems that help define, structure, and project a brand’s meaning over time. Our work spans fields such as food and beverage, culture, architecture, technology, and emerging businesses.
We combine strategic thinking with a sensitive approach to form, systems, and detail. Each project is approached as a long-term construction, prioritizing clear, functional, and emotionally resonant solutions.
Beyond visual development, we work closely with internal teams and brands through moments of growth and transformation, leading visual directions and collaborating in a hands-on, thoughtful way. Observation, collaboration, and synthesis are central to how we design.
